Nancy Crawford

Nancy Crawford is the legal assistant/paralegal to Christine Thurman. Nancy resides in South Georgia and commutes to Tallahassee to work each day. In the summer of 2000 Nancy decided she wanted to work in a field that allowed her to help people when they were going through a very tough time in their life. Working at Gentry & Thurman has allowed Nancy to build her office skills, client contact, and she is able to greatly assist the attorneys by having such a wonderful report with the clients. Nancy’s is responsible for assisting the clients with their initial client information, preparation of all discovery, mandatory disclosure, preparation of trial exhibits, scheduling hearings and appointments and general office assistance. Nancy is married to Mark and has one son, Seth Canfield that is currently attending Valdosta State University with plans to pursue a career in law. In her free time, Nancy enjoys scrapbooking, various crafts and shopping for antiques.

Lilly Gentry

Office Cat

Lilly Gentry is a rescued, adopted Maine Coon born February 2007. Lilly is also known as “the office cat” and resides permanently with Cheryl Gentry. Lilly provides comfort to clients who enjoy the furry sort and often gives the office lots of laughs. Lilly travels to lots of exotic vacations and enjoys the daily ride to the office. Lilly provides Lilly the cat temporary child care to toddlers, bird watching services, and has the squirrels around the office in a constant state of fear. Periodically Lilly enjoys dressing up in costumes and prances around the office. Otherwise, you can usually find Lilly on Cheryl’s or Nancy’s desks attempting to assist with document preparation.

Office Staff

At Gentry & Thurman we employ various high school and college students to assist seasonally with legal research, running errands, and various legal projects. We look forward to training these individuals and enjoy seeing these students move forward into their future professional careers.
